I. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or playing Step Wars ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Game. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

II. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Step Wars. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent to use the Game. By creating an account, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

III. Account & Authentication

Step Wars uses third-party authentication (Google Sign-In) to create and manage accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to:

• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Not share your account with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

IV. Fitness Data & Step Tracking

Step Wars uses your device's built-in step sensor to track your physical activity. Step count data is used solely to calculate in-game currency and progression. We do not access health metrics beyond step count data.

V. Fair Play & Conduct

To ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all players, you agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, exploits, or any automated means to manipulate step data or gameplay
• Attempt to spoof, falsify, or artificially inflate step counts
• Exploit bugs or glitches rather than reporting them
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players
• Use offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate player names
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Game's code or servers

Violation of these rules may result in temporary suspension or permanent ban at our sole discretion.

VI. In-Game Currency & Virtual Items

Gold, resources, and all virtual items within Step Wars have no real-world monetary value. They are licensed to you, not sold. We reserve the right to modify, reset, or remove virtual items and currency as needed for game balance, seasonal resets, or maintenance. No refunds or compensation will be provided for such changes.

VII. Advertising

Step Wars is a free-to-play game supported by advertisements served through Google AdMob. By using the Game, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Ads may be displayed during gameplay, including mandatory rewarded video ads before certain actions (such as attacks)
• Optional rewarded ads are available for in-game bonuses such as steps, food, and resource boosts
• Ad content is provided by third-party ad networks and we are not responsible for the content of advertisements
• Ad-related data collection is governed by Google's privacy policy

Players who subscribe to the Crown Pass will not see mandatory attack ads. Optional rewarded ads remain available to all players.

VIII. Purchases & Subscriptions

Step Wars may offer optional in-app purchases, including the Crown Pass subscription. By making a purchase, you agree to the following:

• All purchases are processed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms of service
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through Google Play Store → Subscriptions
• Refunds are handled by Google Play in accordance with their refund policy
• We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing or benefits with reasonable notice
• Virtual items and benefits gained through purchases are non-transferable and have no cash value

IX. Intellectual Property

All content within Step Wars — including but not limited to artwork, text, code, game mechanics, character designs, race lore, and visual effects — is the intellectual property of Step Wars and its creators. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Game without prior written consent.

X. Availability & Modifications

We strive to keep Step Wars available and running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Game at any time without prior notice. This includes game mechanics, features, seasonal content, and server availability.

XI. Limitation of Liability

Step Wars is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, account issues, or damages arising from your use of the Game. You use Step Wars at your own risk. Always consult a physician before starting any new physical activity program.

XII. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Step Wars at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Game ceases immediately. Provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.
